(WNBA) New York Liberty guard Kamiko Williams will miss the entire 2014 season due to a torn right ACL. There’s nothing worse than suffering from a torn ACL.
K. Williams suffered the knee injury in practice. The second-year pro was drafted in the second round last season. Averaging only 2.6 points and 2.1 rebounds.
Williams was coming off a strong season overseas in which she averaged 15.8 points and 8.1 rebounds per game for Elitzur Maclaren Holon of the Israeli League.
New York Liberty opens its season on May 16 at Connecticut.
